Participation in the events offered by Aureus Equus requires the prior consent of the Terms and Conditions. This consent is given by the participants with their written registration.
The number of participants for the courses is limited. Hence the reservation is made in the order the registration is received. Registration must be made in writing by e-mail or on a registration form and can be made up to two weeks before the start of the course, unless otherwise stated. The course registration is only valid after payment of the complete course fee, including box fees and accommodation, if applicable. By registering, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation.
After receipt of the registration the participants will receive a confirmation of their binding registration along with detailed course information. If there is free space, registration is also possible after the registration deadline after checking with the respective course instructor.
Withdrawal and Cancellation
Up to four weeks before the start of the event, participants may withdraw from the registration without giving reasons. Withdrawal must be made in writing. In this case, any fees already paid will be refunded. A cancellation fee of CHF 100 will be charged if a participant does not register for a new course within 6 months of the start date of the original course.
In the event of cancellation within four weeks of the start of the course, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged. Participants who withdraw within two weeks before the start of the event are obliged to pay 50% of the total costs.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance without cancellation.
If a participant ends a course prematurely, there is no right to a refund.
In the event of cancellation on or after the beginning of a course, the entire fee shall be due. A suitable substitute participant can be provided. Failure to attend individual course modules does not entitle the participant to a reduction in the participation fee.
Cancellation of Events
Aureus Equus has the right to cancel events with too little participation. In this case Aureus Equus is obliged to refund already paid participation fees. The participant has no further claims.
If the course instructor is unable to attend and the course cannot take place because of this, the full course fee will be refunded. There is no further entitlement to compensation for any expenses.
